株式会社宝印刷D＆IR研究所 ESG/統合報告研究室は2025年2月末に統合報告書発行状況調査2024最終報告を和文で発表しましたが、プライム市場における英文開示の潮流を受け、この度、統合報告書発行状況調査2024の英文版を発行することとなりました。添付は同調査の案内リリースの英訳です。2024年１月～2024年12月末時点の日本の統合報告書発行企業数は1,150社となり、昨年同時期の1,019社から実に131社増加しました。

We at the ESG/Integrated Reporting Lab of TAKARA D&IR Research Institute Ltd. released the final results of our Japanese Integrated Reports Survey 2024 in Japanese on February 28, 2025. Given the trend towards English disclosure in the Prime Market, we are preparing an English version of the annual survey. Attached is an English translation of the press release about the survey. There were 1,150 companies that published integrated reports in Japan from January to December 2024, which is an increase of 131 from 1,019 in 2023.
